Jaggery or whole sugar which is prepared from sugarcane juice is a pure, wholesome, traditional, unrefined, whole sugar. It has natural goodness of minerals and vitamins which is originally present in sugarcane juice itself.Thus it is regarded as one of the purest form of sugar.It has sucrose and glucose present in it along with other minerals and vitamins.
